NO alcohol or drugs allowed on the property.

People under the influence will not be allowed to shoot or purchase and will be asked to leave.

​

Hearing and Eye Protection are Mandatory to shoot and recommended when watching.

​

NO PETS ALLOWED

 

Dress Code:

We strongly suggest that you do NOT wear low cut shirts or open toed shoes when shooting on the Range due to flying hot brass.

​

Shooting:

  • Hearing and Eye Protection are mandatory to shoot.

  • All shooters must sign in and SHOW ID before firing.
  • You must be 18 years old to shoot long guns and 21 years old to shoot handguns unless accompanied by parent or grandparent.
  • Firearms carried to and from the firing line must be Empty of Ammo with the Magazine Out and Chamber Flag In!

  • There is NO Concealed or Open Carry on the Firing Line!

  • Keep all guns pointed in a safe direction…DOWN RANGE! Treat every gun as though it were loaded.

  • All shooting will be done from the left or right side of the benches at the Orange Line, not from behind or in front of the bench.

  • Clear all ammo from your guns and insert a chamber flag when a cease-fire is called. 

  • You must have a chamber flag for every gun you bring on the firing line.

  • DO NOT handle your guns during a cease fire.  

  • Do not fire diagonally across range. Shoot only at your targets.

  • NO GLASS of any kind, electronics, hard plastic or alcohol-related items can be used for targets.

  • Do not pick up brass that is not yours. Please clean your area of trash and bring your target stand-in before leaving.

  • If you notice an unsafe condition, call for a cease-fire and notify the Range Officer on duty of the situation. 

  • Please refrain from using inappropriate language while at Knob Creek Range.

    Children:

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parent or grandparent.

  • Shooters under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times while shooting on the range.
